Mark Darden is a Columbus-based author-publisher, inspired by his childhood to help spark Elijah’s curiosity and love for exploring new places. Mark’s work blends travel, education, and culture to create joyful reading experiences for young audiences. He regularly leads storytime sessions at schools, museums, and community centers. I am a Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) member.

Mark Darden is a travel and fitness enthusiast from the Great State of Ohio. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Mark developed his passion for travel and fitness at a young age. Some of his fitness accomplishments include the Arnold Pump and Run, Big Ten 10K, Fight For Air Stair Climb, CN Tower Climb for United Way, 2016 Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon Challenge Series (8K and Full Marathon), and many more. As a travel enthusiast, Mark is always ready to explore the world. Some of the places he has visited include Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Dallas, Toronto, London, and Berlin.
